Note: rather than charge a flat fee for screening this film, my hope is to make it as accessible as possible for as many people as possible. As such, screenings can be scheduled on a donation basis. Additionally, in the spirit of the reciprocity discussed in this film, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to the Fort Washikie School on the Wind River Reservation.

I agree to the following license terms

The Licensee may screen the film one (1) time on an agreed-upon date. If you would like to host additional screenings, please contact Licensor for approval. The Licensee understands that a digital file of the film will be made available in advance of the screening so that it can be tested on the projection equipment. The Licensee agrees the film will not be shared in advance of the screening in ways other than specified herein and further agrees to maintain control over the film at all times to prevent any duplication and unauthorized viewing of the film. The Licensee hereby expressly agrees that the film shall not be edited from its original format. With respect to the License granted hereunder, it is expressly understood and acknowledged by the Licensee that any rights, title, or interest that the Licensor maintains with respect to the film are expressly reserved by the Licensor. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and any amendments, changes, or modifications shall have legal effect and be binding only if made in writing and signed by both parties.
